Water and wastewater service charges are due each time a meter is placed in service. An active sprinkler meter is not billed if the monthly meter reading indicates no use. It is billed a minimum bill or greater if any use is shown during the month.

Water and wastewater service charges are stipulated by the City of Cullman water and Wastewater Departments to be non-refundable. The water and wastewater service charges are paid in lieu of all applicable utility deposits and/or fees.
