- November 18 – Deadline for contractors to submit pre-qualification documentation via email to forms@cullmanpowerboard.com
- December 15 – Bid submissions due at the CUB office (in person or by mail) by 3:00 PM
- December 16 – Bids will be opened at 9:00 AM at the CUB office
