As you know, utility bills sometimes fluctuate or zigzag due to the change of seasons throughout the year. We are offering a plan that can help during these peak seasons by levelizing your payments.
The Levelized Billing Plan is designed to decrease the fluctuation of your electric bill from season to season. It is a continuous plan with payments based on your prior average monthly bills. Each month your utility bill will be re-calculated, based on your most current history. Therefore, your bill will vary slightly each month according to how the current month’s bill affects your accumulated prior average history.
With this Levelized Billing Plan, there is never an annual true-up month where you have to catch up payments from previous months.
During the lowest months of electric usage, your account will accumulate a credit balance. However, during a month of high usage, your monthly payment will be lower, utilizing the credit that was previously accumulated; thereby, levelizing your monthly payments.
We are offering this Levelized Billing Plan to only residential customers with a satisfactory pay record.
Your regular monthly statement will reflect the over/short amount of your actual usage amount; therefore, you will always know the status of your account. Customers may discontinue this plan any time they choose, with the short/over amounts appearing on their following statement.
